Safe + Sound Protocol
Now more than ever, the world is moving quickly and filled with uncertainty
If you struggle with any of the following, the Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP) may be for you:
Social, emotional and attachment disorders
Auditory hypersensitivity
Nervous system dysregulation
Learning, cognition and attention difficulty
Sensory processing differences
Stress-related physical conditions
Symptoms related to Depression, Anxiety, ADHD, Autism, Complex Trauma
The Safe and Sound Protocol was developed by Dr. Stephen Porges, based on his Polyvagal Theory. The SSP was designed to help reduce stress and auditory sensitivity while enhancing social engagement and resilience. The SSP is a 5-hour sound-based (auditory) intervention created for calming the nervous system and helping to regulate emotional states.
Like therapeutic coaching, the SSP can boost or accelerate other therapies such as counseling, occupational therapy, and speech therapy.
